About us

Welcome to the website of the Katić Inženjering d.o.o. company. We are a consulting office specialized in the field of architecture and construction, based in Split. Our activities cover the area of Splitsko- Dalmatinska županija and, if necessary, the entire Republic of Croatia.

Our employees have acquired high level of education from the educational institutions of the Republic of Croatia and have many years of experience designing and managing for recognized architectural and construction companies in the Federal Republic of Germany.

We are always available to our clients with the aim of providing trust, satisfaction and security before, during and after the execution of the assigned project. We approach our daily work conscientiously and professionally in the interest of our clients and for the mutual satisfaction of all involved.

Preparation of the conceptual, main and implementation plans of all groups of works with associated cost estimates, i.e. the required project documentation with the aim of obtaining the necessary permits for construction.

Site Supervision

Implementation of legally prescribed professional supervision of reinforced concrete, electrical, mechanical, waterworks and wastewater works

Project Management

Involves preparing the project, finding contractors, defining project timeline, controlling the quality of work execution, coordinating and communicating with all project stakeholders with the aim of achieving the project goal.
